2. Processing

processing claims concerning Plastrol products takes up to 14 business days and distributed goods - 30 business days

3. Decision

After a specified period of time, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the complaint and provide information on the next steps.

    The basis for the complaint procedure is the correct completion of all the following information and the attachment of the necessary documentation:

    1. order/invoice number
    2. specifying the product index or item on the invoice/order
    3. a picture of the goods being complained about and the defect
