Machine Setter

Job description

On our team, the Machine Setter will be responsible for:
  • starting up and inspecting manufacturing machinery and equipment;
  • setting up injection moulding machines in accordance with prepared process documentation
  • ongoing correction of the injection process/programme in order to achieve adequate quality of the manufactured products
  • coordinating correct flow of the process

Requirements

  • willingness to learn and work at a manufacturing company,

  • performing technical inspections and repairs of machinery and equipment,
  • remedying failures and malfunctions of machinery, equipment, installations and control systems,
  • operating and servicing machinery and equipment by performing maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

  • technical education,
  • experience in a similar job,
  • ability to read technical documentation,

Quality Controller

On our team, the Quality Controller will be responsible for:
  • performing inspections of semi-finished and finished products in accordance with technical documentation,
  • preparing inspection reports, supervising and archiving records,
  • operating control and measuring devices,
  • supervising nonconformities and active participation in the process of analysing the causes of nonconformities

Requirements:

  • experience in a similar job,
  • ability to work with technical drawings and use measuring devices,
  • independence and ability to organise your own work,
  • willingness to enter into a long-term relationship
