Julian Kałuża

Nearly 40 years of company’s existence is a reason to celebrate – and be satisfied!

The story of Julian Kałuża and his determination to establish the company of the future began much earlier. From courage and idea to stability and prestige. This is the story of a man who has achieved success through hard work and determination and passed it on to his son to develop the factory on an international scale.

The first facility

The first facility was established on the site of the former State Agricultural Farm. At the time, no one imagined that one of the largest factories in Poland and one of the most modern plastic processing plants could be built on the wasteland.

EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP IS PUTTING FIRST THINGS FIRST. EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT IS DISCIPLINE, CARRYING IT OUT.

— Stephen Covey
